Would love to hear your findings from this! I work in a different sector but as a fairly new consultant, it can feel like I am just winging it and hoping that the next offer of work will just drop on my lap!

πŸŽ„'Tis the season (to take part in #AdventOfCode) πŸŽ„

Whether you are looking to brush up on your coding skills, or like me have been feeling a little uninspired lately, AOC is a fun, ❄️festive❄️ coding challenge to practice R in a nonjudgmental space:

The answer seems to be a resounding 'no but...' with the broom πŸ“¦ doing exactly what I needed! πŸ₯³

This will be going into a section I am writing on communicating model results, I am also checking out the marginaleffects πŸ“¦. Would love to hear any other suggestions to check out!

πŸ“’ Tidymodels users: Is the transition worth it when fitting standard lm/glms?

I had a great time teaching Regressions with R to govt analysts this week but output from lm/glm is so messy 😠 Tidymodels output looks so much better BUT is it worth incorporating into the course??

Had the best time co-hosting the first EVER #RLadies event in Sheffield (and in Yorkshire!) 🧑 Never imagined visualising giant pumpkins could be so much fun πŸŽƒ

Looking forward to the next meetup and watching this community grow!
