Don’t know if you have the show “The Way Home” as a comp but when I read this, I immediately thought of it and figured I should pass it along!

So weird, I tried to query my MG with a couple of agents on QT and was denied because the word count was too high… Most have been fine but I wouldn’t have thought 75-95k for MG.

I put a bird feeder in my garden last weekend and it had its first visitors today 🥹 I also learned that they won’t have used it before now because it takes them so long to trust new things in their environment 😭 clever birdies.

Just noticed the typo in my tweet… that bodes well 🤦

Is that something that’s widely considered a no-no or would it vary agent to agent?

Writer friends - If an agent passes on your query, do you respond to them to say thanks for your consideration, or just a general reply because it’s polite? Or do you figure that they get enough emails so just don’t do anything with it? My politeness is at war with itself 😂

Interestingly, I don’t have current but I have “currently” four times 😂

Am I the only one guilty of not reading for days, then picking up a book one night and reading until stupid o clock in the morning?
