The local grocery store has grain scales at its entrance so every time I go I step on it like a cow being prepared for auction, look at the number and say to myself "well nothing has changed, I guess that's ok. Could be a little better though" and then immediately forget I want to get more exercise.

Politics and AI, my favorite things. Its a wonder I'm not on here 24/7.

I'm finding I just don't gravitate to social media anymore. I still use Bluesky if I'm going to use anything at all, but I rarely feel the need to post anything.

AI bros trying to hack personal development are fooling themselves.

Projecting their problems into LLMs like trauma can be solved with a dashboard.

What they're building isn't growth.
