I had to stop playing during Stormblood just because the sheer amount of grind the non-msq / job content required (I miss that house I had...)
I'm very, very biased from mostly playing/watching the FC/SFC titles, I haven't beaten Dawntrail even though it's based on my favorite FF game :(

It's easier if you have certain projects "slow cook" over time, and just slowly stockpile ideas for how you want to approach those projects, as well as making sure they each fill their own niche as games.
