Obama didn't emerge as a national frontrunner until late 2007/early 2008 and the country certainly rallied around him. A lot can happen in 3 years especially with how volatile politics is now

Just saw Wicked and was VERY pleasantly surprised. I didn't have much of any expectation going in. But my god, the movie was visually astounding. The use of practical effects was insane and made it all the better, they built a whole whimsical train! Very heartwarming as well. Highly recommend!!
