This is what I walked today AND yesterday, 3.5 miles. I walked 3 miles Tuesday, so 10 miles this week.

Today marks 14 years since 17-year-old, unarmed Trayvon Martin was shot and killed while walking home.
14 years later, we’re still demanding a country where our children can walk home in peace — without being treated like a threat.
Forgot to post yesterday. However, I did NOT walk 4.5 miles. I forgot to hit FINISH before driving home. Walked 4.5 miles.
Dr says only 10 miles a week because of my plantar faciitis. 3.5 on Thursday and Friday. Going to start weights along with classes Monday and Wednesday.
Doc says no more 20 miles a week!
Finished my oval sweater.
Got it done. Tomorrow and Thursday I am a poll worker in AR. Don't forget to vote!

From 237 to 194. I never realized how heavy i had gotten. My BP was 210/100. My daughter took me to the ER. doc said, look you're 70. I could give you something to bring it down fast, but you might have a heart attack or stroke. Next day, Nov 18, 2024, I was at the gym walking. I haven't stopped.
Started taking Qi Chong classes Monday and Wednesday. Need help with my breathing. So far so good

I deleted my TikTok. I never really got that into TikTok in the first place.
