Then the second half of the interview, I met with the hiring manager and immediately I could tell she didn’t like me. She didn’t look enthused, asked about my background, not one smile..

The only issue I had was it was the same exercise that they asked me in the skills assessment which gave me an idea that they didn’t read my exercise & I felt like that was a poor way of gauging someone’s performance..

Had my final interview with a healthcare company and I was looking forward to it, but I join the call this morning & they wanted me to draft a response to a provider for a billing issue and then walk them through my thought process for the first 25 minutes..
