Florida's Attorney General has filed lawsuits against platforms featuring adult games, claiming they fail to verify age of visitors.
It's a sign that AG, who is simultaneously attacking LGBTQ literature as pornography, intends to interpret the age-verification broadly.
Not even merely draconian age verification.
The AG buried the lede as the rule does not specify porn but “material harmful to minors,” the same language used to ban Pride merch in FL and managa in TX.
She also maintains most online porn is so heinous even age verification is not enough.
