I'm so bummed I can't see megan tomorrow to finish up this sleeve before the baby comes 😭😭😭

The baby is weighing in at 4lbs 4oz, which is already bigger than ben when he was born, and almost as big as me when I was born

We went for our 32 week growth ultrasound yesterday and I'm realizing since ben and I are both twins, neither of us were normal sizes when we were born. Lol

Me: that's when you realize your grandpa may not be the best guy ever
Ben: that could be said about probably most grandpa's
Me: not mine! 😃😃😃

I'm literally so tired of people coming out of the woodwork to make amends and show up uninvited because of this baby???

I didn't try for 3 years to have a baby for other people. My baby is not a fucking olive branch or a white flag.

This is not OUR baby, this is MY baby.

My dad: Eileen will be in town for Megan's wedding and the red egg party.
Me: whose red egg? Not *my* red egg. She's not invited.
My dad: lets give it some time. Its supposed to be a time for celebration.
Me: I don't need to give it time lol I don't need her there to celebrate MY baby.

Reasons I've cried today:

There's a real baby growing in my belly
My cat climbed onto my belly and started purring real loud and the baby started kicking in response

-sewage is leaking in the basement and we can smell it in ths bathroom

Its like this apartment KNOWS we're moving soon and is trying to make our last couple months as miserable as possible.

-fire alarm has gone off like 4 times (a couple of them at 2-3am) mostly at night
-heater is broken again
-elevator has been broken for months
-hot water went out yesterday

Pls tell me I'm brave because I did my own insulin shots tonight since my husband had plans (he does them for me usually)

I haven't cried at muxh during this pregnancy but last night I cried because I was watching lion dancers and I love lion dancing so much and then just now I cried over the realization that when I go to the hospital for delivery I'm gonna be leaving the hospital with a baby

To do list:

- buy decorations and finalize menu/games for baby shower
- 2-4 dr appointments a week up until due date
- work up to as close to my due date/delivery as possible
- move from apartment to (rented) house
- set up nursery
- have this baby

Its gonna be a doozy the next couple months 🫠😵‍💫

I am. SO happy with the photos I saw after my maternity shoot today. I'm so glad I decided to do it and chose the studio i did. Everyone was so nice, made me feel so beautiful and comfortable. I'm excited to see the album when it comes

Lmao I just woke up from a nap at my mom's house and my twin sister said the baby was moving while I was sleeping and she was watching my belly move like an alien

One thing I didn't think about pre-prwgnancy: babies arw wiggly BEFORE they come out. They are wiggly IN the belly

Not me laying on my couch crying bc I'm making a tiny valentine in my belly right now and feeling very emotional about it all

Thankful for my doctor today telling me I'm doing better than I think i am, and reassuring me I'm doing what I can to control what I can control and that part of the hard part is that we're chasing a moving target given I'm pregnant and continuing to grow and develop while they're adjusting my doses
