While walking with my friend Mark, I realized that I had touched the Atlantic Ocean & was now within reach of the Pacific! Mark encouraged me 2 walk 2 the water & took a picture of me while doing so. That was a much needed Zen moment 4 me. I now give 2U. 🌅
