closer than the vast majority of fnaf 1 remakes, which almost always massively erode the game's tone and horror. I'm having trouble thinking of a fnaf 1 remake that is even scary right now.

I dont really get how fnaf plus fails to understand fnaf 1. His last time talking about the game, he was very specific about how he was trying to capture the same vibe as fnaf 1 "I just wanted more of that". Whether or not the game would've succeeded at that is subjective, but It definitely got-

the main game of security breach is unsalvageable because it's main issues aren't bugs or small mistakes, the only way to actually fix it would be to completely remake the entire game from square one, which they kind of did with ruin

people always say SB only gets hate because of the bugs, but the real reason people don't like it is because the gameplay is fundamentally garbage, and no amount of cool animatronics or music can save that.
