This made me good cry. From one beautiful vibrant freak to another β thank youπ€π«§β¨π©΅
I cried here as well!! The song choice was excellent, but I love that they chose to focus on the importance of friendship in a show that is so very much about marriage/society expectations and exploring the class divide. Iβm also quite proud of Violet for being courageous to say what she wantedππ©΅
Hi friends, I am unfortunately at the point where I am in need of some help because of this situation with my rent. I set up a go fund me to help cover the rent my ex is abandoning me on while I continue to figure things out. Any help is very greatly appreciated π I love you all so much

Sapphic, set in San Francisco 1954 Asian American community Last Night at the Telegraph Club by Malinda Lo is a romance but also an exploration of growing up and discovering queer love while also navigating tradition/Red-Scare/McCarthyism of that time
DβVaughn and Kris Plan a Wedding: sapphic contemporary romance thatβs fake dating for a show that turns into a relationship thats very real. The communication between the main characters and also their families was beautiful and well written. I still think about this one
Not sapphic but queer, bipoc and bi representation: Take a Hint, Dani Brown by Talia Hibbert. Part of a trilogy about 3 sisters but you absolutely do not need to read all of them or in order.
Historical sapphic romance: The Ladyβs Guide to Celestial Mechanics - women do science and smart brain things and fall on love. I think the first sapphic romance I read and itβs still one of my favorites
Malice by Heather Walters is a sapphic fairytale retelling of sleeping beauty that I really enjoyed and is part of duology
Also sapphic romance Allison Cochrun Kiss Her Once for Me (wintery/christmas) and Every Step She Takes
For queer romance absolutely anything by Anita Kelly is good. They are a non binary author that has written a bunch of different types of romance. Her sapphic one is How You Get the Girl (basketball is part of it). Heartwaves is my absolute favoriteπ©΅
Itβs a stand alone that is just SO good. If youβd like a series Tasha Suri also has the Burning Kingdoms trilogy which is also sapphic/fantasy and fabulous that I love.
Ooo I LOVE Priory of the Orange Tree! Totally understand the bigness being intimidating though. For sapphic fantasy Iβd highly recommend The Isle of the Silver Sea by Tasha Suri. Itβs like if sapphic longing/medieval folklore wove a story over multiple βlifetimesβ in a beautifully creative way
