It is not, I don't think it even has a name or any store pages yet, it's closer to what you mentioned wanting, and much more physics / player action focused. Polished unique art style too. Haha so not an actionable recommendation yet, just mentioning/teasing that something like this is coming
I saw a decently polished/progressing demo of exactly this at a playtest night last week. Probably needs another 6mo to cook and no announcement yet afaik, but has a lot of what you'd expect from the genre and plenty of unexpected stuff & build variety already in there.
