True end-to-end costs remain elusive, as there's no Target (Digital) Operating Model. If no new ££ for on-site 'paper behind glass' delivery, I'd explore Raspberry Pi - built in Wales, open source, 1/10 power usage, 80% cheaper hardware. Decoupling from legacy big-tech provision to local control?
