I went on there for the first time 6 months ago, in my winding down stage. I prefer it to facebook!
Special offer board outside ," beef, lamb or pork" I'd love me some lamb fish and chips with pork batter bits, beef dripping is fine.
Only skim read the story 🤫 ( saturday night better things to do etc) but was the UK Gov very proactive in this instance?
And you can at least vote out a president. Though this might not age well!
I am absolutely no fan of the monarchy at all. But, I feel Elizabeth II had more to answer for than the current monarch re Andrew. Now expecting Paddington Bear to drag me off to the Tower. A tale of two brothers: could the Andrew crisis bring down King Charles? www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026...
But be careful, those hours are not sustainable as you get older. Been trying to shake something off since december, every time I feel I am getting close to better. Bam, I get whallopped again. ( and I am pretty sure I can't spell whallopped right either!)
My favourite ever Dr Who. The wonderful, Jon Pertwee and Roger Delgado .Great storylines and so much better than later series that seemed to filmed almost entirely in studios.
That really is something. Amazing
Finishing too at end of year, was feeling burnt out by Christmas .
Had a great couple of hours with students visiting StamfordBridge recently. Not quite sure that I convinced our lovely guide that they had nicked Liquidator from the Wolves though.
Only place I would live in , if I ever returned to the UK and could afford London prices.

Take your baby by the hair
And pull her close and there, there, there
And take your baby by the ears
And play upon her darkest fears
The music was so lively, the lyrics so unfortunate.
Need to share the hell out of this.
I watched a documentary about early punk a few years back. The various band members were all dressed like Ian Curtis. Not a safety pin, mohawk or bit of tartan to be seen. Shame that the fashion bandwagon became influential.
"I think we took a wrong turn"
Loved it then, love it now. 'Tell me why' is my friday night, dance like no one is looking ,de-stresser.
Don't get me wrong. I love my children and pleased I have them. But it was something that was conditioned into me...so glad she feels free to make a choice . Hope it lasts!
My daughter, is one year too old to get the french letter (excuse the pun) reminding her to have babies. She has long been adamant that she won't and good for her. If she does change her mind, at least it will be for the right reasons. I'm glad she is thinking about it more than I did.
How very 1933 Germany. She may not need to intimidate or rough people up with modern technology but the core issue is the same. Noem will ensure the ‘right people’ vote in midterms and elect ‘the right leaders’ www.independent.co.uk/news/world/a...
What is this current preoccupation with procreation? USA, France now this dipshit party.
Read this post earlier. I grew up watching the version with Laurence Olivier, but became slightlydisenchanted with it when I read the book. Nothing would convince me to give this a whirl. bsky.app/profile/clai...
I visited it in october. Don't know how i could be so wrong.🫢

Hope you feel better soon. 2026 has been a bit of a sh*tshow so far.
smiling, good looking couple seated on a porch (soft focus garden behind them) elegantly dressed, the lady in a sleeveless dress, patterned top, banded at the waist with a softly pleated long white skirt, the man wearing a light colored suit with white shirt and striped tie - body language relaxed and intimate
