Good morning, Bluesky!
4 episodes of One Piece down! Continues to be a perfect "real anime" example. It's goofy yet grounded, fantastical yet real. Enjoying it quite a bit, and since I'm not familiar with the story, every twist is new to me!

Wait, that last one isn't a shell π
Yeah, Marathon "feels" Bungie (for better or worse, lol).
I agree, tho: While neither pass expires, the current (only) Marathon pass rewards aren't so good.
An interesting case study in how gullible the internet is. I havenβt posted anything on twitter in over a year and never will again (tweet is fake obviously). I also regularly sexualize Malevola myself and have openly said Iβm completely okay with others doing so.

BUT CEREAL
You couldn't have. The new map isn't open yet!
(I don't mean Outpost... I mean the OTHER one!)
CHOP CHOP, CEREAL, LEARN TO UNLOCK THE NEW MAP SO YOU CAN CARRY ME THERE
I might end up uninstalling Arc for now.
Not because I'm playing Marathon (Arc *is* fun with friends!) but because my friends continue on their crazy tirade against the game - posting every negative news/opinion they can find - and their tribalistic "Arc better" mentality is turning me off from it.
It's virus season! Over here almost everyone I know has had a flu/cold in the past month.
Get well, soon!
I've been told she did eat a handful of food (pellets) earlier today. We'll keep observing, but that is a good sign.
Everyone and everything is just dandy in the presence of the med/vet/tech! π€£
Sure. Why not. Add it to the pile.

I haven't had the chance to stream the game yet, but I do want to! Might plan something on the weekend.

No, it's Glorp's. Funny guy, tbh.
My videos are more about FFXIV and not as fun hehehe
We were told she might not eat right away, but we're still concerned because she's old and she needs to eat. Also, before going home, she ate chicken at the vet's, no problem. π£
The internet has taught me things.
Yeah, I don't have immediate plans to buy a S2** but I do like seeing people collectively enjoy something π
** Unless there's a killer app (for me), there's no medium or long term plans to get one either π
My eldest dog (15) spent a rough weekend, with a pancreatitis diagnosis on top of her age-related kidney and heart issues.
After an apparent improvement, and despite her old-yet-normal attitude, she hasn't eaten anything since last night. Not even CHICKEN.
Vet bill has reached $1000 already...
Pretty crazy how important the blockade of a trade route is right now
At this moment in time, both Arc and Marathon feature non-expiring passes - though so far both of Arc's have been free.
Arc has AI voices, which may or may not bother you.
And yes, The Finals was very good.
Hot take: Save The World is fun - Epic just abandoned it to focus on the money-maker BR mode.
Opening it to everyone is good, but I do wonder if it's being enhanced or tweaked in any way. F2P invites monetization, and novelty demands visual upgrades π€
In all honestly, it's a tough choice. They're both *very good* games, that despite being in the same genre, approach it a bit differently: Arc is more casual, while Marathon is more focused/hardcore.
Beyond that? Pure personal preference: visual style, worldbuilding, music, etc.
A true Assassin!
Same! We are watching as a family, so between everyone's routines and random events, we have to be moderate and watch one or two episodes per night - but it was so fun!!!
I may have to start playing Thief in Marathon π

Watched the first two episodes of One Piece S2, and it's just lovely how good of a live action recreation of an anime it is! It's delightful to see the impossible moves, physiques and hair colors!
Looking forward to more episodes tomorrow!
Ah! I imagine the controversy stems from... wait, if you sell the key cart, can the next owner also download/play the game? Or it'd be locked to the original owner only?
Pretty much this. As a child my catholic school drilled into us that:
a) God is omnipotent.
b) God loves us all.
Yet the world is full of evil and suffering, and this same God won't intervene? Why? It simply makes no logical sense, and no "free will" or other justification covers it.
I don't have a Switch 2.
I don't have Pokopia (obs).
I'm not much of a cozy game player.
But y'all are making Pokopia seem very enjoyable.
Not owning a Switch 2 (yet?) I haven't followed the key card drama... what does that mean? Is it bad?
