I went quickly enough, but then at 10:16 I got to the ring muscle-ups. And with 4:30 to do them, I got 0 successfully.

I haven’t practiced them in years.

I got up into position 2 or 3 times, but wasn’t able to tilt and push. I was that tired from chest-to-bar.
