Clinical Day with EMS today. Attended 1 pt at beginning of shift & remainder spent caring outside hospital awaiting handover. Challenging for everyone involved but the expert care & dedication of paramedics, doctors, nurses, physios & students was evident. #Multiprofessional #Teamwork 💙

Disappointing that this new review, after those that preceeded it, will be too late for the NHS, waste resources and likely never lead to a policy for implementation. A huge parliamentary majority to adopt policy offering greater personal equity & market sustainability wasted. #NoCourageOrAmbition

Be good to link some of this thinking and work up with initiatives we are taking in Wales to share learning and experiences.

The Observer has been sold by Scott Trust which is disappointing. What will it mean for @theguardian.com's future? Should I continue to add to subs or stop as values have been compromised? I think the brands fully separating will be hard and will watch closely in hope journalism doesn't suffer.

Heading home from our 111Wales site in St Asaph. Been up north for 3 days; proud to have awarded Coronation medals, met front line staff, spent time with my leadership team & held a planning session with the Trust leaders for remote integrated care. Time well spent with incredible colleagues 💙

Journalists strike over proposed sale of Observer to Tortoise Media Forty-eight-hour strike, first at Guardian in more than 50 years, to take place on Wednesday and Thursday

In an age where independent MSM is under existential threat I am saddened to see potential break up of the #Guardian & #Observer. I am unclear if maintaining two titles remains necessary in today's world and by allowing the sale of one, would be concerned it puts a strategic threat over the other.

I recognise the caution highlighted by Zoe and clearly non-medically licensed wearables are not diagnostic. I also strongly believe that we need to empower citizens who choose this technology by working out how we want to use the thematic trends and positive behavioural impact they offer 💙

As you use the app less and make the decision to leave, make sure you do it properly. Request a file (in settings) of your activity to keep personally and then close the account. Else EM still retains the power of your data and membership.
