Just a thought. I’m Inputting my archive bird records from Northumberland 1974-1982 into @ebird What is so striking, compared with now, is the numbers of scarce winter birds such as LapBunt, SnowBunt, and Shorelark. We recorded 30+ but now we get excited about one or two.
