i know i don't eat very good and it contributes to alot of the mental health issues i have. i'm actually in the process of re balancing my diet for not only budget purposes but also just fixing my gut biome.

it turns out, having a healthier diet doesn't cure the issues but it sure as shit helps.

this is why it annoys the fuck out of me when social medias, especially tiktok, use therapy speak and words they hear their doctor say for pseudoscience bullshit. As someone who has constant ups and down cycles in my hormones, it's more about your lifestyle balance, especially your diet.
