Students of Food Science 437 participated in an Iron Chef style bake off to win the coveted golden spoon! They were judged by Dean Gillapsy, Dr. Kuchnia, Dr. Harldson, and Dr. Lopez-Hernandez. Students created a dish using Thanksgiving leftovers. They were judged on presentation, texture, and taste.
