I had recently watched the Anthony Pedilla video where someone has DID, and they described all the personalities getting along like good roomates. Most DID portrayal in media is purely negative, so I wanted to incorporate that positive end somehow.
Thinking about the time a player wanted to do a romance arc so I made a changeling NPC with dissassociative identity disorder where all the personalities get along with each other and all fell for the PC.

When you attack, you may have arrows split into multiple projectiles and attack a number of targets adjacent to each other equal to your proficiency modifier.
Projectiles produced this way have black fletching, making attacks appear to be a swarm of crows.

I actually wish this happened more often. Sometimes a campaign naturally settles, narratively, around level 8.
If the characters would retire, let them. Open that adventurers guild and start a new party. The old characters are still there if you decide to revisit them.
