Even though incorrect predictions are a given, astrologers should investigate their biases more when it comes to them. Bc how you identify and what you consume informs your work. So if you only source information from one school of thought or demographic, there will be gaps in your understanding.
People are way too comfortable speaking on how Black people should or should not vote. Especially because no matter what Black people will be scapegoated.

I wrote about the upcoming 2026 eclipse, and as a result, I’m tired of seeing the word February.

I had my critiques of Paradise S1 but enjoyed it nonetheless and anticipated the release of S2. But this season starting off by using a Black woman to further the plot then immediately disposing of her was a lot. The pace and optics of the episode had me wondering if I was watching the right show.
Also, somewhat related to my previous post, I still side eye all the weird commentary and predictions that led up to the Super Bowl last year. For whatever reason, biases, ignorance, and skill limitations really shine through with that type of content.
Understandably things can get heavy that’s apart of the job. But there is no excuse for the insensitivity and ignorance that comes when someone speaks (publicly) as if their personal stake matters more than everything that came before. It is off-putting and defeats the purpose of doing this work.
There is something to be said about the way astrologers contextualize transits that they feel personally affected by.
It could be my bias speaking but after working through all this my takeaway is that the Mississippi River is the key.
It was good practice listing out so many of my thoughts and connecting a lot of dots. All the information is public, but I’ve never seen it put together like this. It’ll be interesting to see how the story around these topics unfolds over the year, and I’ll definitely revisit it.

People think because they have been granted a title at their job or favorite org it’s ok to approach a person in the general public who is just minding their business and bring that inquisition “I’m an authority figure” energy and it’s weird. Like I don’t know or care who you are…we are strangers.

I’m revisiting Michele Finey’s book about Venus and Mars today. The things I struggled to digest the first time are so easy to understand now.
February and late-April into May (with Saturn harshly aspecting the eclipse degrees: 29 Virgo and 9 Aries) we’ll probably be seeing a lot more changes related to established leadership and regimes.
