Ok so a cliffor algebra is just picking some module M, some quadratic form q:M-> R, and then forcing the tensor algebra to make that form into actual multiplication?

So a sheaf is kinda like taking a bunch of algebraic objects (or sets) and stitching them up to make them look like a topological space. The thing that makes it a sheaf (and not a presheaf) is the “geometric” coherency - a section is determined by its restrictions on any open cover and all that.
