I have the CanImmunize app and have found it hard to get started with. I think it needs to be better integrated into the health records system. But health records systems in Canada are famously non integrated.

My manager just postponed our meeting by 15 min cause she has “a few pressing issues on the go” and I have to say, that might become my new euphemism for needing to go to the toilet. I’m not saying that was her issue, but that phrase is excellent for detailing the urgency of a situation.

I agree that racism is largely about reinforcing white supremacy, but I think there are nuances there when racial bigotry is occurring within and between non-caucasian ethnic groups.
Done the project in 20 minutes. Happy that I prevented some food waste.
I didn’t bother water-processing the jam since it’ll live in the fridge and we’ll eat most of it up before it can spoil on us. Well, the family will. I’m more of a jam maker than an eater.
I was going to go to bed early at 10:40 but then I noticed that the grapes from my Odd Bunch (veggie box service) likely would be too shabby to eat by morning.
So I made 3 cups of small batch casual jam.
