Look at Burnley v Brentford on Saturday - an utterly chaotic, brilliant game with the result up in the air, yet the spirit of it was ruined by VAR.
My 2p (opinion ofc, may be wrong):
In both football and rugby, VAR should have a maximum of 30 seconds.
If nothing clear and obvious, the on-field decision stands and the game immediately resumes.
Both sports are referee dominated at the moment and ergo becoming heartless.
