I finally restarted my fitness routine this morning! Yay! I needed to start today off on a good note to try to reverse the funk I was in yesterday and woke with today. I did some Tai Chi, stretching, and just a bit of yoga. It felt so good.
Big time.
Saturday was my first Pride parade, and I was IN it! I walked with the YMCA float! What a great day!
I thought it was the Year of the Snake 🤷♂️
