I only did it, like, once as a kid but I feel like a lot of my problems could be solved by setting up my tent in the bedroom where I could listen to CDs by day and watch stand up comedy by night.

But alas, these days my tent is too big and my room is too small.

And the husband wouldn’t approve.

As a growth aficionado, I have to admit that sometimes I have a desire to get smol.

Maybe we should go to Swiss Chalet for my birthday. The last one in New York closed over a decade ago. I didn’t think I would miss them, but I do.

My parents crossed the border into Canada to have dinner at Swiss Chalet for their anniversary one year.

That’s kind of exciting, I sent the report in!

I definitely had this problem after hiking the Gorge Trail in Watkins Glen with my sister!

Just saw a green meteor on the way home from the card store. Vividly green with an orange tail. My first thought was that it was actually a plane (or other man-made object) but it fizzled out and I doubt the Iranians are targeting the Buffalo Bills stadium.

Honestly, I wish I was living in the town I grew up in. Lot more trees and more walkable than where I am now. But it’s sooo expensive…

Anyway, not really planning anything yet. I suggested we go to the local Chinese buffet and even that got a lukewarm response. Maybe I’ll take up bowling.

I will hit the big 4-0 at the end of the month. Dunno how I feel about that.

I don’t really think about how old I am, I tend to think about how old everything else has gotten. Favorite shows or restaurants are gone. Friends and family who are gone. My parents who expected to be grandparents by now.

I was hoping you’d say that!

I think I need to start cuddling with local friends.

Huh… I saw a Tesla Cybercab on my way to work this morning. It was kinda ugly. I couldn’t take a picture of it but I’m pretty sure it was this one.
