🥀 Labour promised change, but they are just delivering more of the same.

Living standards in the UK are flat as a pancake and Westminster governments seem unable and unwilling to address that.

Independence is about having the full powers to tackle the cost of living crisis - and it’s for people in Scotland to decide.

Today's statistics show we're making real progress in reducing waiting times for patients across Scotland.

Long waits are down for the sixth month in a row, and inpatient and outpatient procedures are up.

More to do, but it's encouraging to see sustained improvement in our NHS.

Here's one thing we're leaving in 2025. Naebody will miss them anyway.

Last Saturday I spent time in A&E listening to staff and watching them deliver excellent care under pressure.

There are real challenges in our NHS, but also real progress - long waits coming down, more operations and more GPs.

I’m determined to build on this in 2026.
