I live in one of the few places where we don’t change ⏰. We still have 24 hours in the day. Our health is not at risk. If you live in Canada there are approximately 8 hours of daylight in December, unless you live in the far north. HOWEVER, in June there are 16 hours of daylight, far north 20 hours.
