SNAP is a lifeline to millions of working families, ensuring children do not have to go hungry. These new work requirements kick thousands of Nevadans off lifesaving benefits while doing nothing to address the causes of food insecurity. The courts must block these changes to SNAP.

Breaking news: Both Liam and his father, who were unlawfully detained despite following the rules, have been returned home to Minnesota. While this is a big win, no one—especially not a 5-year-old child—should have their lives and education disrupted just so that ICE can make a quota.

Alex Pretti was a VA ICU nurse who was loved by his family and coworkers. He was not a domestic terrorist. The only terrorists are lawless ICE and DHS agents endangering our lives and violating our rights.

Last Saturday, a DHS officer shot and killed a 37-year-old American citizen who was lawfully filming their activity in Minneapolis. DHS officials are trying to frame the shooting as self-defense, but video evidence shows that Alex Pretti, who was a lawful gun owner, did not draw his weapon.
