I suck at MTG and want to play with people who also suck! There's things called "commander precons" that are a pre built deck that you can play out of the box, or they sell starter sets that teach you how to play. There's also ways to play online if you, like me, don't like people at game stores.

It helps with the feeling like it was wasted, I feel like I understand who I was and how that made me *me* more. And forgiving myself for the decisions I made, because it's all part of the path to who I am now.

Highly recommend "No Bad Parts", it's what my therapist had me read.

A huge chunk of my therapy work for /years/ hasn't been trans stuff, or depression, or PTSD, it's IFS and parts work to learn how to actually love and accept who I was before I could be me. Breaking myself down into those parts, talking to them, and coming back together as a better whole.
