This week I made two floral suncatchers: a sunflower for my niece, and a tulip for my mom. 🌻🌷

Today I became a porch goose person. (We need to fill her with sand before we can set her outside, so she’s on neighborhood watch duty from the window until then.)

I have been to approximately 900 places today (actually only 8), and now that I’m home I know I *should* tackle my list of chores, but I’m going to start a new book instead.

Happy Ostara! 🌷 I did a seasonal ritual & oracle reading, made an offering of milk & honey to the earth, tied ribbon wishes to the fence post, and made another lovely nettle quiche and spring blessing salad.

It was a very witchy weekend! On Saturday I attended a workshop on planting a healing herbal garden, and Sunday I went to one on doing shadow work. I feel energized about the coming spring 🌿

There are so many reasons to be sad and angry and scared. But today I hope you’re able to look around and find one reason to feel grateful. To feel loved.

A neighbor just came by to borrow a cup of sugar. My daughter sold 45 boxes of cookies in 5 min at the end of her taekwondo class last night. At lunch, a friend delivered a lovely bouquet of flowers that my spouse had ordered from her plant shop. The world may be on fire, but my community is strong.

Sending you love. You would be amazed by how often I think about you or tell Flavio & Cleo stories about our college days. I’m awful at keeping in touch with people, but know that you’re loved and missed!

24-ish hours in Wichita. Visited 6 different relatives’ homes in one afternoon. Celebrated 2 birthdays. Went to 3 different stores trying to find Taylor Swift’s Lover album on cd. Drank a lot of coffee, got very little sleep. Pit stop in Benton with a pukey kid. The 2.5hr drive home took almost 4. 🫠

It’s “Cleo’s” (but the rest of that stack belongs to Flavio, and they’ve spent the most time looking at the TS book 😆). We’re all big swifties!
