Today we had all of our 150ish students in the hall for a walking talking mock to prepare for mock week. A trial but they were excellent and we’ve already got some excellent feedback!

Thoughts around naming colleagues ‘rockstars’ and ‘superstars’? I remember reading it in Radical Candor. Have moved schools since reading and felt my role has changed from one to the other because of the school I’m now in. Felt slightly uncomfortable about it…
