Personal Independence Payment (or #PIP) is not an out-of-work benefit.
Many recipients of PIP already work…
But the clue is in the title: Independence.
Living with a disability comes with a real financial cost. PIP is supposed to help cover that cost, so disabled people can live independently.
Apply/refer now for our Creative Language in Aphasia programme. Speech and langage therapy for people with aphasia. 8-10 sessions of individual, group and project work. Starts Oct or Jan. Sessions are linked via a common theme of everyday creativity/cultural activities. Info: tinyurl.com/7f8vmzkf
