Wild-type GL261 and CT2A GBM models are resistant to RT.
Tumors treated with RT + single ICB (PD-1 or CTLA-4) remain resistant.
Only RT+anti-PD-1+anti-CTLA-4 led to 100% long-term survival in mice.
