It's because a) They protect some accounts from rule enforcement, which is public information; b) They enforce rules selectively, as proven by events on the day Ken Klip got banned last fall; c) If Elon uses bots to manipulate discourse that's a pretty strong editorial line.

If you're that kind of person, then use your best judgement lol. Make whatever guess seems emotionally convenient. But nobody lies like that and benefits.
He straight up invented that phone call he told you about. It did not take place. When he tells you these things, HE is stalking somebody. He is directing harassment at his ex by inventing crime stories that simply didn't happen. There was no call like that period.
I think it's harder on you because you're being stalked and harassed.
Bernie lied about somebody. He lied as recently as this week about this person. If you hit somebody, or steal from somebody, and they follow you, you are not being stalked. So it's not as hard on him.
You know what it hasn't done? It hasn't shown Bernie that lying gets him what he wants. Somebody said it was helping his cult recruitment, and at the time I think that was more true.
The best way to handle it from the beginning probably would have been to let him get 5150d in February.
