Legit. Nothing like yt women from within my own community to be saying I am making other trans women look perverted because of my work. These people need to educate themselves for their own sanity and ours.

I mean hello??? How stupid can they be??? It was black and brown sex workers who participated in the uprisings of the Stonewall era!!

The belief that my being in SW makes them look bad is ill reflection on their own beliefs and internalised misogyny AND internalised transphobia. TERFs attacking or labelling me is not my fault, it is not deserved and they will continue to do so regardless of career. I need to continue to survive 🏳️‍⚧️

Transition & s3x work have gone hand in hand for a long time. We talk often about it being ‘the oldest profession’, but the trans femmes of colour especially have often relied on turning tricks for survival. Learn your history. Other trans folx judging me is bad on them not me.

I really cannot stomach s3x work shaming at all. Me being trans and reliant on SW is not perversion. I’m not ‘letting down the team’. The two things are not connected other than sales funding my transition. It’s a means to an end and I’m not ashamed of it. None of us should be 💖🏳️‍⚧️
