@politicanimal.bsky.social evening, I know you're semi retired these days but overnight travel, is it where you end your journey that counts as same day or where the overnight leg ends? Ie Berlin to Rome and you have to change at bologna, is bologna-> Rome +1 extra day?

Starting to put my summer gallivant head on. Think imma gonna go Amsterdam, maybe into Denmark, hamburg, meet the boy in Berlin, couple of days there, night train to Rome to get him back to his mates, and then home through Switzerland and gay Paris.
