Genuinely a magic money tree. ALCS are stars tracking down monies you're owed but would otherwise never know about. They're super nice to deal with too. For something that involves minimal effort, it's well worth doing. The first year I received £100, since then it's always been four figures.
'Strange Life' marks a triumphant return for Australian indie-rock trio Howling Bells. Full of sweeping, psychedelic melodrama and dark romance, the album’s quieter moments also deliver an abrasive update to the ‘60s girl group sound and Blondie's new wave hits - my review for @stereoboard.com
Big worry for the magazine and newspaper industry but also local communities. The WHSMITH / Jones in our high street also houses our local Post Office.
Was uncertain of Under Salt Marsh at first, the pacing seemed overly slow and some moments were overplayed, but boy did it deliver as it went on. Devastating finale with brilliant performances from Reilly and Spall, whose characters finally achieved closure and the possibility of fresh starts.

Grapefruit is off limits for a range of meds. Something to do with the body not being able to absorb the meds properly if you’re eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice. Probably the acidity like you say, Billy.

(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman, originally written as a hit single for Aretha Franklin. The lyrics reflect on the before times, but are ultimately a positive and upbeat statement about a new relationship. A fitting way to close an album of self-discovery. #tapestry55
Tapestry, not the best known song on the album despite being the title song, but a beautiful one nonetheless. #tapestry55
Smackwater Jack provides one real up tempo track for side two but is perhaps my least favourite here. #tapestry55
Will You Love Me Tomorrow? - there's such a raw vulnerability here, lyrically and vocally and mirrored in the arrangement. #tapestry55
