It sounds like she is frustrated that Disney aren't greenlighting projects that have great scripts. That Disney is being too risk averse. A number of people are talking about how Dave Filoni might do differently than Kennedy but it looks like one of the main issues is getting projects approved.
This quote from her: "Everything I just reeled off to you is taking a bit of a chance because none of those filmmakers are just walking in trying to do same old, same old. I’m excited by that, but the studio’s nervous about that, and that’s kind of where it sits at the moment."
I guess now "fans" can blame Lynwen Brennan for anything they don't like about Star Wars.

It would be amazing to see a non-canon comics adaptation but I doubt Disney would let that happen. So the next best thing is for it to leak.
I hope for a 2nd season but I unfortunately don't think it will happen because of its big budget. The first season reportedly cost $250 million. I don't think Disney will want to give that big of a budget for a 2nd season and I'm not sure if the series works on a much lower budget.
I remember that coming out when I was a kid. I wanted to pick it up but couldn't justify the $3.25 cover price. As that was a lot more than the typical comic of that era. I forget if it had nicer paper or a double size comic. A friend of mine did buy it and I borrowed his copy to read it.
I've tried many times to get a small air purifier into my daughter's classroom in Ontario and I've never been able to do so. There are rules against parents buying things for classrooms as it causes inequality. Rules about what electronic devices can be in the classroom.
However I often see tire dust as an argument against EVs rather than any push for lighter vehicles. In recent years there have been inventions to capture some of the tire & brake dust. I still think we should push for lighter vehicles but I do think eventually these will be mainstream even mandated
We definitely need lighter vehicles and to drive less. However, the other source of pollution is brake dust and EVs have a lower amount of brake dust as they use regenerative braking. My understanding is brake dust is worse than tire dust because it is smaller lighter & lighter so it travels further

I hope this might get a wider release in the future maybe as a double bill with a future re-release of Rogue One. I think there are a lot of fans who would pay to see these episodes in a movie theatre.
It was also informative to the audience about the tone of the show. As a parent of a 10 year old kid who loves Star Wars, it helped make it clear, very quickly that this wasn't a show for kids. That my daughter would have to wait a few more years before she could watch it.
I'm wondering if we will have to wait until 3 am EST for Tales of the Underground or will it be available at midnight EST like Clone Wars Season 7?

I told my 10 year old daughter the news before she went to bed. She likes Visions but the first season came out in 2021, which is multiple lifetimes ago for a 10 year old. So she has no recollection of seeing any of the shorts that are getting sequels so she had a similar non reaction. 😁

I wish more Star Wars TV shows could be seen in movie theaters, even if they were just little one day events.
If I put a list of Star Wars shows that I would personally want to see in a theatre, these 4 episodes would be at the top of that list. It's a shame that it will only play in Japan.
If Universal extends into more Nintendo IP, the Lost Continent would be perfect for a "Legend of Zelda" themed land. That's been one of the long running rumors as the area would just need a few modifications for the theming to work.

Interesting while I might follow the news for a new ride or new restaurant but for hotels I don't pay attention until I'm planning a vacation. However, when researching a hotel it's probably those who were one of the first that have the most views & are likely to be higher up in the search results
When movies flop, it becomes hard for those involved to make their next project off the ground.
I don't think it impacts the quality of the movie (I love plenty of movies that made no money) but just greatly affects what might come next.
Personally, I have an interest in the box office in terms of whether or not a director or cast can produce more movies. In that successful movies generally give those involved freedom to do something else without as many financial restraints.
My 9 year daughter never really took too much to the Super Mario games. They are classics but they didn't click for her. However, she has become a HUGE fan of the Legend of Zelda games having played all the recent modern Zelda games and is slowly going through the back catalog.
