Parts of book jackets are on a black bulletin board. The back of the book is labeled cubierta posterior. The spine is labeled lomo, the jacket flaps are labeled solapas, front cover says cubierta anterior, and the whole jacket has three words: chaqueta-sobrecubierta-guardapolvo.
I had a bulletin board with English terms for parts of books and wanted to make a Spanish one also. These are terms a Spanish tutor helped me find. I cross checked with some Spanish pub sites also. Feedback would be appreciated from Spanish speakers. Are these terms typically in use? Thanks!

Dark haired woman in a black dress with white polka dots is holding a copy of Carnival Fantástico. She is smiling. Her manicure is shimmery purple. The book is dark and has a purple and white striped tent in the lower center. There are strings of lights coming from the top. There is a woman on a hoop swinging above the tent.
Are you looking for a YA romantasy with thrills and chills along with the magic? You'll want to pick up Carnival Fantástico by Angela Montoya. It was a fun read and it was also great to hear from the author earlier this month at a bookstore event. richincolor.com/2026/02/revi... #youngadult

A Year Without Home by @vtbidania.bsky.social is a powerful story of family, war, gender roles, & friendship. ❤️ The back matter has a great history of Hmong Americans. Also mentions Midwest locations like Sparta, Eau Claire, & St Paul. www.vtbidania.com/a-year-witho... #middlegrade #booksky

There is an activity page linked on the publisher’s page. The illustrator is an architect and there is an activity page that shows drawing a house from the front, an X-ray view or a bird’s eye and gives the terms for them. I printed that and gave them a blank page to do either of the three ways.
