Hey MN friends, did you also wake up with an email from Xcel energy proposing new electric rates for MN customers for 2025 and 2026.? Their proposal is 9.6% for 2025 and 3.6% for 2026. Xcel has posted billions in profits for the last few years and still wants to increase our rates.
