Here’s a simple method:
1. Sit down and tilt your head back slightly.
2. Turn your head 45° toward the affected side.
3. Lie down quickly, keeping your head tilted, and hold for 30 secs.
4. Slowly sit back up and repeat on the other side.
It works wonders for me—hope it helps you too!
