Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic.
The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her.
RFK is NOT concerned about wellness ...
Hundreds of protests are taking place today across the U.S. from 50501, Tesla Takedown, No Kings, Hands Off, Indivisible, etc.
Make your voices heard!

In Boston 100s of people of faith and of goodwill turned out for a Good Friday Stations of the Cross service for Immigration Justice. A prayer, a protest, and a public witness, we marked not only what happened to Jesus, but also what is happening to our neighbors, and what is being asked of us...
I recommend all of "Next Comes What" but I did send this episode to my family. The catalog /history of extrajudicial activities is sobering and the last 5 minutes - feels so important.
Iโm so proud to live in the best city
Bostonians showed up with the @dropkickmurphys.com alongside
A crowd of humans marching down Tremont Street in Boston. Visible are several signs including "Make America Kind Again" and "Gender Affirming Care Saves Lives" and "Immigrants are Welcome Here" and "Worst President Ever". The humans are marching from the Boston Common to the City Hall Plaza but - are at a standstill.
Protest sign quoting Senator Cory Booker: "How much more can we endure before we, in a collective chorus of conviction in our country, say enough is enough."
Keep in mind that there were even MORE protesters. Many folks peeled off before getting to City Hall b/c of the numbers; it took up to 2+ hours to walk from the Common (the assembly point) to City Hall Plaza!!!
Bear in mind that churches in the area charted busses so folks could go to Boston (where they also stood in the rain)!!
Silver bullet? Probably not. Resistance? You bet! Encouragement and illustration not to treat this moment at "Business as Usual"? Absolutely. Thank you @booker.senate.gov
This energy right here.
This is so easy for them bc if they fuck with our antidepressants then you have a buncha the population a lot more struggling to function & having a harder time fighting back.
So: organize now, friends.
Strike now.
Mobilize in communities.
Find your people now.
Gum up the works now.

Hello!!
How to protect your health from wildfire smoke:
Evacuate if active fire is too close
Wear a high quality mask with headstraps; N95s are great, P100s are most protective
Stay indoors, and close your windows and doors
Run air purifiers on high to filter smoke that seeps inside
It sounds ghastly! Beaming sympathy and hope for community safety.
I lead a worship service where we share pre-recorded music (Sunday Vespers) and we're gonna be boppin to "God's Love" by this Grammy nominated group.... perhaps y'all know them? ;)
Hugs! That's a big / important topic. Do you know about "death cafe"?

A comment on why Bluesky is a better user experience than X. If your Following feed is too busy, go to OnlyPosts (no retweets and just who you follow so it's less busy) or Quiet Posters (who post once a day). If Following feed is not busy enough, go to Discover or Popular with Friends.
You toooo! Waving to you - (over in Watertown this weekend?) from E. Arlington. ๐
