Happy to be reading this! As a 🇧🇯 citizen who grew up seeing such cultural practices qualified as superstitions and merely considered in the colonial 📚 that make up our curriculums, I can't wait to see more and more recognitions.

Will (and how) the people living in those humid low-elevation tropical/subtropical sites have a decision in the deployment of the infrastructures? How will those infrastructures impact them (both positively and negatively). Answering those questions in a follow-up article will be helpful.
