Trump genuinely feels that it is only because he is a supergenius that he was the first POTUS to ever think about getting tough with Iran.

Something about the duality of man
My favorite genre of TV show is Timothy Olyphant in a cowboy hat, but the version I had always heard (and like better) is βIf it smells like dog shit everywhere you go, youβre the one who stepped in it.β
I would have loved to see him attend a DSA meeting
The following is an incomplete list of things more likely to injure your youth athlete than competing against a trans athlete (something that has a virtually 0.0% risk):
- Redshirting
- Poor playing surfaces
- Inadequate injury prevention
- Shootings at sporting events (171 over the last decade)
Boy, I donβt know anything about military strategy, but my gut tells me that the world knowing that we are running low on two resources (oil and interceptors) that are not quickly/easily replenished is not great
They have no interest in caring for patients. They want your premiums and then want to spend as little as possible thereafter.
These guys are shameless. CareFirst, BCBS offered my practice below Medicaid reimbursement rates. We refused to sign that contract, so they put us in a contracting βqueueβ that lasts 90-120 business days. They know that patients donβt want to go out-of-network, so they try to squeeze the docs.
$7.4 million on lobster tail makes for a good headline, but it actually serves a specific purpose when served to our military.
I have significantly more concerns about the $6M worth of Tomahawks that hit the girls school.

It's not quite pre-Musk Twitter but there are thriving sports communities on Bluesky. I even made a guide for sportsball enjoyers: badfaithtimes.com/your-guide-t...

They never pay the price for being wrong. They either get bailed out or raise fees to make up for shortfalls.

If you ever get imposter syndrome, remember that Chris Grier decided is was a good idea to give Tua $167M guaranteed money, and was blessed by Stephen Ross, the billionaire owner of the Dolphins, after Tua was documented with having had *AT LEAST* 3 concussions in the NFL and was very mid in 2024

The Bluesky user turned off replies and QT so I anonymized them i don't think most anti-vaccine parents are bad parents. we are drowning in medical misinformation. it's really hard! and a lot of these parents are more accurately described as vaccine hesitant than ideologically opposed. they have good faith questions that deserve to be answered with compassion. β’ 64 β’ 69 7γ€5 ... β’ 1d there are still some bad parents in the mix, and the profiteers, fraudsters, and cranks who lead MAHA are a different matter entirely. like the ones who said CDC workers deserved being shot at and so on. they're in it for themselves. 1 ΰΈΏ 96
Heβs right! In real life, virtually every single encounter I have had with a vaccine-hesitant parent has been positive. They came to me (a trusted doc in their lives) and asked my opinion. I didnβt yell, I educated.
Social media isnβt real life. Feel free to yell at the grifters. Help the parents.

Anne Frank was four when Hitler came to power, but she was not murdered by his policies until 15. There were many steps along the way from being democratically elected to murdering children in camps. We can choose to step off the path, but we need the enablers to wake up and recognize their mistake.
For the next two decades, there are some people who are going to say that they distanced themselves from Trumpism before things βreally fell apart.β And I think itβs so important that we remember that they remained steadfast in support while he ensnared us in war as he fell further into dementia.

Reply Share on Threads wordthief_ 27m @peds_ortho No. Cats claw has rhynchophylline and isopteropodine, which possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. No one would suggest the synergy of these and other resident compounds would cause an electrostimulatory effect. I'm not sure there are any known nontoxic compounds which do. Conch shell venom comes to mind. That's a possibility. But it would need to be delivered locally
I know Bluesky users get a lot of crap for their inability to take a joke, but may I present this IG user for βDidnβt Get the Jokeβ award for 2026?
