At least the main character is cute.
Puzzles are sometimes obvious but solutions often don’t trigger until the character attempts to “fail” them until she gets the idea to pick up the right item at the right time. There is some cool art but the 2D puppet animation is a little wonky, and it requires three plays to unlock everything.
Played SENSE 不祥的预感: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story 100%, which promised to be a 2.5D Clock Tower like with Fatal Frame elements.
Instead it’s more like a point and click full of obtuse puzzles. I love haunted house stories and I see the vision, but quality is wildly inconsistent and I can’t recommend it.
Blaahhh at least add some new paths to take or make cutscenes skippable in New Game +!
My sanity’s going to need a requiem by the time I’m done with this game.
Dear Indie devs: making your audience replay your ~5 hour game *three whole times* just to see the “true ending” is never a good idea.

Neat, I like the Ferris Grrrol in the back. Will this be: A) A cool new enemy that starts rolling around and attacking the heroes, or B) Shallow “blink and you’ll miss it” background fan service?

Have any of the Konami KCEK games that stored save data on the N64 Controller Pak been ported to modern systems? Any such games from other publishers? (Not counting Mario Kart)
I can only think of a handful of games off the top of my head, and none of them have been re-released.
Finished Mario & Luigi Brothership from my backlog.
What a charming game! Beautiful art and animation that captures the feel of the older games. Fun Bros. moves, interesting story with cool villains, even the sidekick and supporting cast are cute and funny.
The series lives strong.
I would happily accept a straight port of the old Fatal Frame trilogy, the PS2 jank adds charm and spookiness.
I’m one of the few who loved Castlevania 64, both versions, and the PS2 games are lost media. Heck, even a modern way to play Lords of Shadow, they could do a trilogy with the 3DS game!
I sincerely hope they all get a (new) translation and an English release… but that’s one of my biggest wish list items, I’ll be getting it regardless.
Now to keep praying for a 3D Castlevania collection and a port of Fatal Frame 1 and 3….
Effort to payout ratio is minuscule. Rifts have abysmal time limits unless you dump all your good berries, then you need to go grind for some more! Rifts need to be re-rolled for HOURS for a chance of the one you want, not even counting the late game special rifts. My time is not respected at all.
There is way, way too much grinding. Grind small rifts for berries to access better rifts for better berries.
Gamble good berries for a tiny chance to get the donut with the stats you want. Don’t like the donut you got? Use the secret hidden menu option to load your last backup, or just grind more!
I’d probably be the first person to defend Pokemon Legends Z-A, but man is it tough to recommend the DLC.
Cool concept of space-time rifts and weird alternate dimensions with new monsters. Cool extra story with deepened lore into the characters’ backstories and the world.
But oh, SO. MUCH. RNG.

That’s insane! I hope people were able to get out of the harbour safely, and that they’re taking measures to protect everyone from the extremes across the state.
Added context: my state is currently on fire, with 41 bushfire alerts and one rural town north of the city completely destroyed.
The weather next week is looking to be a lot cooler, here’s hoping they get things under control and everyone gets through this safely.
