An acquaintance in a mid-sized U.S. city has an urgent & serious medical procedure canceled because the hospital’s elevator is broken. No opportunities for rescheduling for months. This isn’t a functioning system. That’s not Trump or Dems; that’s a broken system. You know, “systemic,” whole deal.
