AM in for some 1am breakfast. He was sitting on the bistro chair staring moodily into the rain. Iβll leave the door open crack for him to leave when he wants too, doubt weβll have any marauders now.

John & π Gotti, getting irritated and acerbic. We cook with chillies, tinker with electronics, listen to music and The Golden Age of Radio. βοΈ https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:sdkxyw2r7xlx5kjhsolgagv6/feed/aaaoqxlqqoqfy

Keeping with green things, I put the rest of the pea soup in the fridge, and made a Thai green curry.
So thatβs cool. I know Iβm not allergic to that, so if Iβm still itching tonight, Iβll need to start checking meds. Could be Tramadol, but Iβve reduced that by 50% , so maybe not.
Better look busy! πΈ
Only about 2 hrs sleep again, itching like hell. I canβt find any reason why, perhaps Iβve developed a pea soup allergy. Didnβt touch a cat, dog, horse, goat, rabbit or any other bloody thing.
The Persian Empire, the ancient name for Iran, was quite bellicose in the past millennia (less than five thousand years ago). They clashed with the Peloponnese at Thermopylae, as they did at Marathon and Salamis.

Soup, puzzle, and AM (I disturbed him mid-wash and he seems to have caught his lip under a fang or something)
Soup is on itβs final furlong, made a good bit of JungleLand puzzle, and all the monochrome cats (bar Philomena, who rarely visits) have been in to say hi, have a bite, and take stock of my bathroom and bedroom.
I expect my slovenliness will be reported at the Cat Council meeting.

Well, Iβm impressed.
*Kier Starmer waffling about the oil price.
No vegetable stock for the soup. I need to make some of my own, and freeze it, without any of my allergens when I have the energy and money to buy a huge pile of veggies and deal with them.
A pea soup making day! That will be good, huh? I havenβt any other plans, but something that needs to be done always turns up.
π The joys of the old cable box - lol
Apparently people wonβt read anything written in the third person anymore.
She said despairingly.
Morning.
A bit misty again today, okay-ish although it makes it a bit dim. I like mist, and that made the escarpment in the Eastern Transvaal (SA), or whatever itβs called now, one of my favourite places in the world.. although the humidity wasnβt good for my breathing.
Face of a tortoiseshell cat, an orange blaze down her nose.
Tazzy cat. To give her equal coverage. Such a peaceful, undemanding cat, with the loudest purr youβve ever heard!

A large tabby and white cat sitting upright on a concrete pathway, a silver Bengal cat laying on her side a a short distance away from him.
Kitten and Gotti. π»π»
Iβd forgotten that those doors were painted red, and a hell of a lot better painted than the oyster grey they are now. I donβt think they even wiped down the red paintwork before slopping on the new. Itβs all pealing now.
"A ROBOT MAY NOT HARM HUMANITY, OR, BY INACTION, ALLOW HUMANITY TO COME TO HARM!" I scream at my Roomba as I trip over it for the 50th goddam time
Drop something red.
Oven clock, we meet again.

Panel 1: A text box reads, "Behold. The common house cat." Below it, an orange cat with large eyes sits calmly. Panel 2: A text box reads, "Yet, there is nothing common about her." The same cat is shown with an intense expression. Panel 3: The cat is depicted outside at night, walking on a rooftop while a person sleeps peacefully in bed. The text box reads, "While you slumber peacefully, she roams about..." Panel 4: The cat sits in front of a computer screen with a button labeled "EPSTEIN FILES RELEASE." The text box reads, "Quietly toppling the world order." The cat's paw is poised over the button.
Heβs supposed to be my βenablementβ worker (a type of social worker??), and I donβt think that role means trying to shoehorn me into some cosy government post-Covid category, especially as a cursory glance at my notes, will surely show I was like this pre-pandemic.
